Shipping & Delivery

This hot tub ships via freight delivery directly from the manufacturer. Service includes curbside delivery to the driveway or designated drop point. Due to the size and weight of the shipment, the customer is responsible for unloading and positioning the hot tub kit upon delivery. A forklift or appropriate unloading equipment may be required.
