Order Changes & Returns Policy

Order Processing

Many of our products are made to order and fulfilled directly by our manufacturing partners. Orders are submitted for production shortly after purchase. Because of this, order changes or cancellations may only be possible within a limited time window after placing your order. 

Order Changes

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@lumaterrawellness.com. Once an order has entered production or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or fulfillment begins. Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled. 

Returns

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and freight-based nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on these items. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue in accordance with their warranty and replacement guidelines. 

Refunds

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method after review. 

Important Notice:

Large wellness systems and custom products are manufactured specifically for each order and cannot be resold. For this reason, all sales on these items are final.
