The HUUM Hive Mini electric sauna heater brings the iconic architectural design of the HIVE series in a refined, space-conscious format ideal for modern home saunas. Inspired by traditional Nordic sauna culture, its open stone basket showcases natural sauna stones while producing exceptionally soft, even heat and rich löyly (traditional Finnish sauna steam).

Though more compact than the full HIVE model, the HIVE Mini holds an impressive 330 lbs of sauna stones, allowing gentle radiant warmth and long-lasting steam that closely replicates a traditional wood-fired sauna experience. 

Crafted from durable stainless steel and designed in Estonia, the HIVE Mini combines minimalist aesthetics with advanced engineering – serving as both a high-performance heater and a striking sauna centerpiece.

Installation

• Heater requires hardwired electrical installation by a licensed electrician
• Must be paired with a compatible HUUM UKU control system (Local or WiFi version selected at purchase)
• Installation must comply with local electrical codes and manufacturer clearance requirements 
• Proper sauna room insulation and ventilation are required for safe operation and optimal performance 
• Heater must be installed on a solid, level surface capable of supporting the heater and sauna stones 

Installation Tip: Due to the substantial weight of the heater when filled with stones, some installations – especially on uneven surfaces – may benefit from using an adjustable floor plate to ensure proper stability and safe operation. Adjustable Installation Base (floor plate) available separately.

• HUUM-recommended sauna stones are included and may ship in separate boxes via ground delivery
